Arcam SA30 Streaming Amplifier
The Arcam SA30 is their premium amplifier in their range and the first to support Dirac Live room correction.
The environment (listening room) in which we listen to our music is one of the biggest factors in the overall sound quality that you can achieve. So by using Dirac Live, a state-of-the-art digital room correction technology which employs a sophisticated analysis of your speakers and listening room to optimise the speakers overall audio performance and remove sound coloration's introduced by the room. The result is substantially improved musical staging, clarity, voice intelligibility, as well as a deeper and tighter bass.
Added to this there is a dedicated switchable MM/MC phono input. The SA30 also comes supplied with 4x digital inputs (2x co-axial and 2x S/PDIF), plenty to connect all those digital audio devices. There are 4 analogue inputs available and even a HDMI ARC enabled input is on hand. Wireless support is extensive with Apple’s Air Play 2 as well as UPnP streaming set-ups and Chromecast enabled equipment.
The SA30 supports MQA as offered by the likes of TIDAL Masters and is also a ROON end point which means that it is all set to receive audio from ROON’s digital music player and library system.
