British owned Monitor Audio have been at the forefront of loudspeaker design since 1972 and there Silver Series have been a large part of there success. So with a complete redesign in performance, cabinet construction and some new finishes and the new seventh generation Silver Series is here. Incorporating there latest metal coned drivers which use there second generation rigid surface technology so you can turn up the volume to higher levels with less distortion. 

There are plenty of technical innovations in the Silver 500 7G. Rigid Surface Technology II that keeps the sound perfectly clear and controlled even at high volume. A crossover system that balances output from the tweeter and bass driver as needed. A consistent and smooth frequency response that sounds great with all genres of music.
