Weekend/Public Holiday Orders

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays requiring pallet delivery will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. This service applies to in-stock items and most mainland UK addresses. Terms and conditions apply.

Remote Locations

Pallet delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses. Delivery costs and estimated times for remote locations, including the Scottish Highlands, offshore areas, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, will vary depending on the destination, service selected, and the size and weight of your order. Additional charges may apply.

Reserve for Collection

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days, provided you inform us of your intention within 14 days of receiving your item and return it to us within the 30-day period.
