Gold Note

Gold Note was born from Maurizio Aterini’s lifelong passion for audio, sparked at age eight. By the 1980s he studied engineering and in 1992 founded a design studio, creating innovations like the B-5 tonearm, still used on Gold Note turntables.

Joined by Elena Basciano and Alessio Oronti, the team gained expertise in management and production. In 2012, they launched Gold Note, transitioning from third-party design to their own brand.

With family values, elegant design, and a focus on sonic precision, Gold Note quickly earned international acclaim. Today, it is celebrated for reliability, innovation, and faithful reproduction, standing as a symbol of Italian sound excellence for audiophiles worldwide.
