SMC Essential Magnet System

The SONIK series uses our patented SMC magnet material to reduce distortion and improve linearity. A ferrite ring surrounds a hybrid iron-SMC pole piece, placing SMC directly in the voice coil’s working zone. This minimises hysteresis and eddy currents, delivering cleaner, more detailed and relaxed midrange performance.
