The Mission 750 Standmount speaker inherits the design excellence and cutting-edge technology from its predecessors, making it a standout model in the Mission range. It brings the same iconic design philosophy and performance characteristics that have earned Mission loudspeakers their reputation, but now in a more compact, stand-mount configuration suitable for a variety of spaces.
Designed for the Demand
The Mission 750 was developed in response to overwhelming demand for the industrial design seen in the ‘700 series,’ which draws heavy influence from Mission’s seminal original 700 series. While the 770 and 700 models also offer innovation and refinement, the Mission 750 takes a different approach. It is not just a reissue or update but an entirely new concept, designed specifically for market segments and budgets below those of the larger models in the series. With this, Mission caters to a broader audience, offering high-performance audio at a more accessible price point.
Exceptional Craftsmanship
Despite its compact size, the Mission 750 boasts a cabinet that exemplifies exceptional craftsmanship. With dimensions of just 355mm (h) x 216mm (w) x 270mm (d), this speaker is ideal for bookshelf placement, making it perfect for smaller rooms or spaces. The cabinet construction is on par with the Mission 700 series, using multi-layer sandwich construction and specially developed acoustic damping adhesives.

Internally, a custom bracing structure enhances rigidity, and foam and long-hair fibre linings control internal resonance. The rear reflex ports are custom-profiled to aid in bass extension, providing deep and powerful low frequencies despite the speaker's small size.
Inverted Geometry Design (IDG)
Maintaining Mission’s renowned Inverted Geometry Design (IDG), the Mission 750 follows in the footsteps of its predecessors, such as the Mission 700 and 770. The IDG places the treble driver below the bass/midrange driver, balancing the length of the sound path to ensure that sound waves coincide at the listener's head height. This alignment improves time coherence, ensuring accurate and realistic sound reproduction. Achieving optimal time alignment requires meticulous engineering, from precise component placement to a specially designed crossover process, ensuring every aspect of the speaker’s design is geared toward delivering superior audio performance.
Advanced Driver Technology
The Mission 750 features a newly developed polypropylene bass/midrange driver in a 5.25-inch profile, designed specifically for this model. This driver incorporates advanced cone and motor technologies that enhance dynamic performance and power handling, while maintaining the low colouration and extended frequency response characteristic of the 700 series.

The rigid cast chassis and low-density surround ensure improved rigidity and precise cone movement, contributing to tight, fast, and energetic output. For high frequencies, the 28mm microfibre dome tweeter, also from the Mission 700, delivers a smooth and detailed treble performance, further enhanced by a specially damped rear chamber that controls resonance and extends bandwidth.
Craftsmanship and Performance
As with all Mission loudspeakers, the 750 model benefits from a meticulous design process that combines innovative engineering with a commitment to sound quality. Hundreds of hours of listening tests and custom-designed Computer-aided Optimisation technology are employed to fine-tune the crossover, ensuring the drivers work together in perfect harmony.
The result is a loudspeaker system that delivers outstanding musical detail and coherence, producing a thrilling and immersive listening experience. The Mission 750 stands as a new classic in its own right, offering performance that exceeds the expectations set by its predecessors and continues the legacy of the Mission 700 series.
