High-Quality Conductors for Superior Performance
This cable features a refined blend of Long-Grain Copper (LGC) and Perfect-Surface Copper (PSC), both known for their excellent conductivity. LGC contains fewer impurities and grain boundaries, resulting in better performance, while the ultra-smooth PSC enhances clarity and eliminates harshness, leading to a more refined sound experience.
Carbon-Loaded for Noise Dissipation
The cable's negative conductors are insulated with Carbon-Loaded Polyethylene, which reduces radio-frequency interference. This material prevents unwanted noise from reaching the amplifier, providing clearer, more dimensional sound. The carbon layer also minimises interaction between conductors, and an external Carbon-Based Noise-Dissipation System further reduces external interference.
Star-Quad Geometry
The arrangement of conductors is crucial for electrical properties like capacitance and inductance. This cable uses Star-Quad geometry, which offers superior performance compared to parallel or twisted-pair designs. The improved geometry results in better sound quality by optimising the relationship between conductors.
Foamed-Polyethylene Insulation for Minimal Distortion
The cable employs air-filled Foamed-Polyethylene insulation around both conductors. Air has minimal energy absorption, and Polyethylene is known for low distortion. This combination greatly reduces the distortion caused by insulation materials, ensuring a clearer, more focused sound compared to cables with traditional insulation.
