Vibration Minimization and Speed Stability
The Exposure 360 turntable has a lightweight laminate plinth, featuring a polyurethane foam core, effectively minimizes vibrations. Isolation feet made from Santoprene rubber and aluminum ensure unparalleled stability. The ultra-low friction brass bearing housing, anchored by a machined aluminum collar, provides a foundation for smooth rotations and precise performance. The sub-platter and bearing, crafted from a single piece of machined aluminum, enhance speed stability compared to plastic alternatives. The dual-layer float glass platter further improves speed stability through increased mass, amplifying the flywheel effect.
Precision Motor and Tonearm Design
Powered by a 24V motor with an aluminum pulley, the Exposure 360 boasts an external power supply unit with a precision speed controller. This ensures exceptional speed stability and convenient switching between 33.3 and 45 RPM. The power supply unit is meticulously matched and tuned to the motor for each individual turntable. Additionally, the Exposure 360 is fitted with a high-quality precision tonearm with its mounting braced to the bearing housing. The low-mass cast tapered aluminum armtube is extremely rigid and has excellent resonance damping properties. It is compatible with both moving coil (MC) and moving magnet (MM) cartridges (cartridge not included).
