Arcam A25+ Integrated Amplifier
It was way back in the mid-1970s when Doug Brady showcased the first amplifier from A&R Cambridge (as the company was then known) — the A60, which featured in many of our magazine adverts. The Arcam A25 continued that legacy with great success, earning a reputation for performance and reliability. Naturally, expectations are high for its successor, the Arcam A25+, which is set to carry the torch forward.

Great amp with pure clean sound with depth and warmth. My only niggle was the conflicting IR commands that also triggered my Marantz Cinema 40 amp, the trick here is to access the amps menu and navigate to Remote settings and change to 19 set, easier said than done but after a few attempts it succeeded and now only operates the Arcam. Sadly the remote refuses to copy to my Philips Pronto, yes I'm still a user as no better programmable remote available in my opinion. Overall very happy with the build quality and the weight is reassuring.
