The Technics SB-G90M2 speakers feature a coaxial high/mid-range combination. This means that the tweeter is situated at the centre of the mid-range speaker; giving a cohesive sound, with audio emanating from a central point. For enhanced precision, Technics fit a linear Phase Plug. This precisely directs the sound to give a broad soundstage that closely replicates the original recording.

To promote a smooth and natural-sounding mid-range, the SB-G90M2 uses a shallow profile, smooth-edged drive unit. This reduces sound reflections, giving a purer and more natural sound, that’s perfect for recreating life-like vocals.
