The Chord Company's products are covered by their renown warranty, so please keep the receipt of proof of purchase as this will be required to authorise the replacement or repair via the original warranty.

Warranty includes defective materials and workmanship, but excludes normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, unathorised repairs or modifications, and performance issues outside of the advertised specification.
