Roksan Caspian 4g Streaming Pre-Amplifier & Power Amplifier Launch Event

Roksan Caspian 4g Streaming Pre-Amplifier & Power Amplifier Launch Event

A big thank you to the Monitor Audio Group for hosting us at the launch of the Roksan Caspian 4G range in London.

In late 2024, Roksan released the Caspian 4G Integrated Amplifier and Streaming Amplifier, and we were extremely impressed by their performance. They delivered fantastic control in the lower frequencies, alongside a richness and depth that really shone with more delicate pieces. Close your eyes and you are instantly transported into the performance.

Now, in 2026, Roksan has expanded the range with the launch of the Caspian 4G Streaming Pre-Amplifier and Power Amplifier. By separating the components, Roksan has achieved better isolation and reduced interference, resulting in improved dynamics and an even more expansive soundstage. During an intimate listening session with Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells, paired with Monitor Audio Platinum 300 3G floorstanding speakers and housed on a Blok Stax 2G hi-fi stand, we were blown away by the precision and sheer low-end authority of the system. It genuinely made us question whether the already bass-capable 300 3G speakers were being supported by a subwoofer – they weren’t. The combination is simply that powerful, and very much worth hearing.

As with the integrated and streaming amplifier, the pre-amplifier is BluOS-enabled. The Roksan team once again demonstrated just how easy it is to access a wide range of streaming services, including Qobuz, Tidal and Spotify.

We’re really looking forward to receiving our demonstration models and putting them through their paces in-store from early February.

As a wonderful side note, the launch event was held at the Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel, often described as the “best-sounding hotel in the world”. In collaboration with Monitor Audio, the hotel offers an exceptional audio experience throughout: Climate 3G outdoor speakers on the rooftop, Monitor Audio custom-install systems in the bar, and a pair of Platinum 300 3G speakers proudly on display. Even the gents’ toilets feature a piano and installed speakers, making it possibly the best-sounding loo in London.

In the basement, there’s a THX Ultra-certified cinema powered by Monitor Audio Cinergy Series speakers – a truly immersive experience that has to be heard to be believed. The Karma Sanctum Hotel is a great spot for a quick after-work drink, but it also makes for a fantastic place to stay if you’re planning a visit to London.
