The Pro-Ject Debut Pro S Balanced turntable is designed with precision in mind, featuring a new 10-inch S-shaped aluminium tonearm. CNC-milled for exactitude, this tonearm provides users with the flexibility to experiment with various cartridges through an SME connector. Crafted by hand in Europe, the Debut PRO S Balanced boasts an elegant satin black finish with hand-painted components. 10-Inch Alumunium S-Shape Tone Arm

The Debut PRO S Balanced's tonearm and platter are built from die-cast aluminium, known for its durability and damping properties. The 10-inch S-shaped tonearm allows for precise tracking of the record groove, minimising errors, particularly on inner grooves, and is ideal for heavier moving coil cartridges. Additionally, the die-cast platter is equipped with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) dampening to reduce resonances, wow, and flutter, enhancing playback accuracy and sound quality.

True Balanced 

To preserve the delicate phono signals, which are much weaker than standard audio signals, Pro-Ject has integrated True Balanced Connection technology. This approach, commonly used in professional audio settings, minimises interference from electronic devices and wireless networks. By balancing the signal pathway, the Debut PRO S Balanced mitigates ‘electrosmog’ interference, enabling a cleaner, noise-free audio experience. 

To make use of True Balanced Technology, we recommend pairing the turntable with an MC cartridge or Pick it PRO Balanced enhances this effect.

Refined Power Supply and Enhanced Sound Quality

The turntable’s sound accuracy is further supported by Pro-Ject’s precision DC-driven AC generator, creating a clean power source that reduces motor vibrations. 

Recommended Phono Stage

Users can upgrade their setup with the Power Box S3 Phono, designed specifically for Pro-Ject turntables and phono preamps. This sophisticated power supply offers enhanced DC filtration, improving sound quality while providing a tidier, more efficient cable setup.
