Superior Results

The latest addition to Leyline2X is its XLPE dielectric, which represents a significant improvement over the previously used PVC. This change follows the successful integration of Taylon® as a phase-stable insulation material in the premium SarumT and ChordMusic speaker cables. The move to XLPE across the speaker cable range enhances the overall performance of the Leyline2X, providing superior results at an accessible price point.

Perfect for Installation

The original Leyline was always known for offering high performance at a low cost. Featuring a 16/2 conductor construction, Leyline was ahead of its time, surpassing other 16/2 narrow gauge cables. The tin-plated copper conductors served two vital purposes: preventing oxidation—critical for non-removable cables where long-term performance is crucial—and improving high-frequency performance over extended distances. Leyline demonstrated remarkable results even over 100-metre lengths.

Building upon the proven success of the Leyline platform, the Leyline2X incorporates XLPE technology while maintaining a competitive price.
